Teach Spanish Where It Actually Matters

We are a team of native Spanish educators teaching in Washington DC elementary schools, at our Annandale location and online. If you love the language and you show up for your students, we want to hear from you.

Open Roles

Where we are hiring

We hire year-round as programs and school partnerships grow. If none of these is an exact fit, write to us anyway. We keep good teachers on file.

What We Look For

The short list

  • Native or fully fluent Spanish. You teach the language as it is actually spoken.
  • Experience teaching kids, teens or adults, in a classroom or one-on-one.
  • Teaching credentials or ELE certification help, but we train the right person without them.
  • Reliability above everything: families plan their week around you being there.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and willingness to complete a background check.
What You Get

Why teach here

Curriculum and materials, ready

You are not inventing lessons on a Sunday night. Every level maps to the MCER/CEFR framework and comes with its plan and materials.

Small groups

Group classes cap at 5–10 students. You get to actually teach instead of managing a crowd.

The admin is not your job

Attendance, allergy flags, pickup lists, parent reports and your own hours live in our platform. You teach; the system does the paperwork.

A team, not a gig

Native-speaking colleagues, a lead teacher per program, and someone who answers when you need something.

How To Apply

Three steps, no portal to fight with

  1. 1Fill in the form below and attach your résumé. It reaches our team straight away.
  2. 2We reply and set up a short conversation, in Spanish, with the lead teacher for that program.
  3. 3You teach one demo class with a real group. If it clicks for everyone, we move on to paperwork and the background check.

PDF, Word, RTF or ODT. Up to 5 MB.

Your résumé goes straight to our team. We do not share it with anyone else.

For Schools & PTAs

Want Spanish at your school?

We already run afterschool Spanish inside Washington DC elementary schools, with instructors, curriculum, attendance, allergy and pickup tracking, and a parent portal included. If you are a principal, a PTA board member or an afterschool coordinator, let's talk.
